A STORY THAT INSPIRES
The inspiration for the design of our bathroom textiles comes from the intricate carvings of an antique rice cart that Tina Riehle, owner of Tinkalu, discovered in a small antique shop in Ho Chi Minh City. ‘This special piece is still with me today,’ she says. The design was lovingly transferred to our jacquard towels and the perfectly colour-coordinated bath mats.
WHY BÔ SAIGON ?
In 2015, Tina Riehle founded the Bô label together with a friend - inspired by the French word ‘beau’, which stands for ‘beautiful’ and embodies elegance and grace. The Vietnamese letter ‘ô’ symbolises the iconic Vietnamese hat and unites the two founders in their shared vision. With the philosophy ‘Bô pour toi’ - ‘Bô for You’, our bathroom textiles aim to enrich everyday life with a touch of refined elegance and turn it into special moments of beauty. Our crockery is made with love and care in a small family business where tradition and quality have been lived for generations. Careful processing and strict controls guarantee you consistently outstanding quality.
Our bathroom textiles combine nostalgic flair with timeless elegance. The design, inspired by the decor of a traditional paddy wagon, is skilfully realised in fine jacquard weaving.
